本文主要探讨G20与市民社会的互动及其作用。首先将区分市民社会和非市民社会两个核心概念,然后探讨市民社会与G20互动的种类与方式。在此基础上,本文将分析市民社会对G20的影响,并概括市民社会与G20互动的类型、目标和参与方式。本文认为,市民社会通过对话、监督与评估、政策文件、替代峰会、抗议等方式对G20的进程、问责制、议程设置产生了积极影响,但这种影响目前还未能充分发挥。
This paper mainly discusses the interaction between G20 and civil society and its role. First, we will distinguish the two core concepts of civil society and non-civil society and then explore the types and ways in which civil society interacts with the G20. On this basis, this article will analyze the impact of civil society on the G20, and summarize the types, objectives and ways of engagement of civil society with the G20. This paper argues that civil society has had a positive impact on the progress, accountability and agenda setting of the G20 through dialogues, monitoring and evaluation, policy documents, alternative summits and protests, but such impacts have not yet been fully realized.
