保护民间文艺作品的著作权,实质上就是保护一个民族、一个集体的公共利益。我国丰富悠久的文化遗产也面临着严峻的保护问题。目前,我国对民间文学艺术作品保护方面的法律规定仍不完善,本文主要论叙现代转型期间民间文学艺术作品的法律保护。
To protect the copyright of folk art works is essentially to protect one nation and one collective public interest. Our rich and long cultural heritage is also facing serious protection issues. At present, the legal provisions on the protection of folk literature and art work in our country are still not perfect. This article mainly discusses the legal protection of folk literature and art works during the modern transformation.
