采用同心反切燃烧系统取代前墙布置旋流燃烧器,有效地解决了莱芜电厂锅炉长期存在的结焦问题。在论述 同心反切技术燃烧机理的基础上,对该技术在应用中的关键问题做进一步分析,为该技术的应用提供经验。
The concentric counter-cutting combustion system is adopted to replace the swirl burner arranged on the front wall, which effectively solves the problem of long-term coking in the boiler of Laiwu Power Plant. On the basis of discussing combustion mechanism of concentric countercurrent technology, the key problems in the application of the technology are further analyzed and the experience of application of the technology is provided.
