目的:研制甘草酸铵霜。方法:拟定处方组成及制备工艺,建立RPHPLC含量测定等质量控制及动物药理学实验。结果:处方设计合理、制备工艺可行、霜剂质量稳定,RPHPLC对甘草酸铵含量测定结果准确可靠、重现性好;甘草酸铵霜对动物皮肤无毒、无刺激及无致敏副作用,并具抗炎、止痒作用。结论:甘草酸铵霜具既激素样作用,又无激素的副作用,对湿疹、荨麻疹、皮炎及瘙痒性等皮肤病的临床观察总有效率为92%。
Objective: To develop ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream. Methods: Prepare prescription composition and preparation process, establish RP-HPLC assay and other quality control and animal pharmacology experiments. Results: The prescription design is reasonable, the preparation process is feasible, and the quality of the cream is stable. Conclusion: Ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream has both hormone-like effects and no side effects of hormones. The total effective rate of clinical observation of eczema, urticaria, dermatitis, and itching skin diseases is 92%.
