目的：研制甘草酸铵霜。方法：拟定处方组成及制备工艺，建立ＲＰＨＰＬＣ含量测定等质量控制及动物药理学实验。结果：处方设计合理、制备工艺可行、霜剂质量稳定，ＲＰＨＰＬＣ对甘草酸铵含量测定结果准确可靠、重现性好；甘草酸铵霜对动物皮肤无毒、无刺激及无致敏副作用，并具抗炎、止痒作用。结论：甘草酸铵霜具既激素样作用，又无激素的副作用，对湿疹、荨麻疹、皮炎及瘙痒性等皮肤病的临床观察总有效率为９２％。
Objective: To develop ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream. Methods: Prepare prescription composition and preparation process, establish RP-HPLC assay and other quality control and animal pharmacology experiments. Results: The prescription design is reasonable, the preparation process is feasible, and the quality of the cream is stable. The results of RPHPLC on the determination of ammonium glycyrrhizinate are accurate and reliable, and the reproducibility is good. The ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream is non-toxic, non-irritating and non-sensitized to animal skin. , And with anti-inflammatory, anti-itching effect. Conclusion: Ammonium glycyrrhizinate cream has both hormone-like effects and no side effects of hormones. The total effective rate of clinical observation of eczema, urticaria, dermatitis, and itching skin diseases is 92%.
