采用实验室模拟的方法,就Pb2+对电镀锌钢板黑变现象的影响进行了研究,同时利用SEM、XRD、XPS及电化学测试方法对镀锌层的特性和表面膜结构进行了测试、分析。结果表明,Ph2+对电镀锌钢板黑变的影响极大;黑变表面膜的主要成分是ZnO1-x,本文还讨论了Pb2+对电镀锌钢板黑变影响的机制。
The effects of Pb2 + on the blackening of galvanized steel sheets were investigated by laboratory simulation. The properties and surface film structure of zinc coating were tested and analyzed by SEM, XRD, XPS and electrochemical tests. The results show that Ph2 + has a great effect on the blackening of electrogalvanized steel. The main component of the blackening surface film is ZnO1-x. The mechanism of the effect of Pb2 + on the blackening of electrogalvanized steel is also discussed.
