介绍了一种利用智能手机拍照功能,结合免费光学测试软件GOM Correlate V8来测量平板拉伸试样n值和r值的方法,并通过对比试验验证了该方法的可行性和精度。该方法可在试样上任意位置取任意长度的标距,从而避免引伸计标距对伸长率的影响。同时该方法装备简易、性价比高,给经费紧张的小型检测实验室提供了一种测定材料n值和r值的有效的解决方案。
A method for measuring the n and r values of flat tensile specimens by taking pictures of smartphone and combining with GOM Correlate V8, a free optical test software, is introduced. The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified by comparative experiments. The method can take arbitrary length of the gauge at any position on the sample to avoid the influence of extensometer gauge on the elongation. At the same time, the method has the advantages of simple equipment and high cost performance, and provides an effective solution for determining the value of the material n and the value of r for a small testing laboratory with tight funding.
