本文总结了粳稻品种间(包括晚稻×早稻、晚稻×中稻、晚稻×晚稻)杂交后代F_1-F_4的生育期研究。以单株从播种到抽穗的生育日数为指标,F_1的基本趋势是早熟对晚熟具有优势,在17个组合中有11个比早亲早或与早亲相同,5个属于中间类型或偏早偏晚,1个与晚亲相同。 F_2各个组合的抽穗期都表现连续变异,出现从早亲到晚亲以及各种中间类型的抽穗期。 F_2分离幅度大小与两亲生育期差异成正相关,个别组合在F_2中出现比两亲更早的植株。 F_3各株系平均生育日数与上一代单株的抽穗期呈现十分显著的回归关系,但F_2是中间型的则F_3分离幅度大。 F_4各株系生育期遗传趋势与F_3相似,近半数已趋稳定。本项研究对于粳稻杂交育种以及数量性状遗传研究有一定意义。
This paper summarizes the growth period of F 1 -F 4 in the cross between japonica rice varieties (including late rice × early rice, late rice × middle rice, late rice × late rice). Taking the number of days of plantlet sowing to heading as the index, the basic trend of F_1 was that early maturity had an advantage on late maturity, of which 11 were earlier or earlier than the early parents in 17 combinations and 5 were intermediate or earlier Late, one with the same late-Qin. The heading date of each combination of F_2 showed continuous variation, with heading dates from early parents to late parents and various intermediate types. The size of F_2 segregation was positively correlated with the difference of amphipathic growth period. Individual combinations appeared earlier in F_2 than amphipathic ones. The average number of birth days of each line of F_3 showed a significant regression relationship with the heading date of the previous generation of plants, but the F_3 segregation rate was large when F_2 was intermediate. The genetic trend of each line of F_4 was similar to that of F_3, and nearly half of them had tended to be stable. This study has some significance for japonica hybrid breeding and quantitative trait inheritance research.
