提出了用单扫示波极谱法测定酪氨酸的分析方法。酪氨酸在 HNO3溶液中 ,以 Na NO2 做催化剂进行反应后生成硝基化合物 ,反应产物在碱性溶液介质中于 - 0 .46V和 - 0 .58V(vs.SCE)左右有两个二阶导数还原峰 P1和 P2 ,其中峰 P1的峰电流与酪氨酸的浓度在 4× 1 0 -8~ 4× 1 0 -5mol/ L 范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 2× 1 0 -8mol/ L,多数氨基酸不干扰测定 ,应用于血清和黄酒中酪氨酸的测定 ,与其它方法测定的结果一致。并对电极反应机理进行了研究
