磁性靶向释药系统在体外磁场的引导下,能定向移动和固定在靶部位,从而释放出原药,产生药效作用。它可以避免被网状内皮系统的巨噬细胞所吞噬,增加药物在肿瘤部位的浓度和作用时间,而使正常细胞不受影响。本文分别就磁性乳剂、磁性微球、磁性微囊、磁性脂质体、磁性毫微粒、磁性红细胞等磁性靶向释药系统的靶向特性和应用前景进行了综述。
Magnetic targeting drug delivery system under the guidance of the magnetic field in vitro, can be targeted to move and fixed in the target site, thus releasing the original drug, resulting in pharmacodynamic effects. It can be phagocytosed by macrophages of the reticuloendothelial system, increasing the concentration and duration of the drug at the tumor site without affecting normal cells. In this paper, the targeting properties and application prospects of magnetic drug delivery system such as magnetic emulsion, magnetic microsphere, magnetic microcapsule, magnetic liposome, magnetic nanoparticles and magnetic red blood cells were reviewed.
