Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Jiang Zemin as the core has led the entire party and the people of all ethnic groups across the country in holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, continuously making progress and has undergone an extraordinary thirteen years.
