大蒜原产于西亚和中业,后来传播到世界各地,被广泛栽培利用。自古大蒜就是民间主要菜蔬和凋味品,它味道辛辣,可除腥去膻,增加肉食的美味,亦可烹饪蔬菜或调拌生冷凉菜。
Garlic is native to West Asia and China, and it is spread all over the world and widely cultivated and used. Since ancient times, garlic is the main folk vegetable and withered taste.
