We analyzed from July 1968 to February 1995 data integrity of the outer ear laceration 128 cases, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 128 cases, 13 males and 15 females; aged 25 to 69 years. There were 68 cases of otorrhexis laceration, 54 cases of ear acupuncture with external auditory canal laceration (18 of them were partly broken off from the ear and most of them were off), and 6 cases of laceration of external auditory canal. 107 cases were treated within 6 hours.
