随着石油、天然气和化工能源行业的不断发展,“四新”技术不断涌现,新工艺和新技术的生产条件下,对工业管道的耐压强度和严密性的质量要求越来越高,高温高压、易燃易爆、剧毒、易腐蚀等特点,为石油化工管道的安全性带来极大威胁。面对这一形势,加强对石油化工管道焊接工艺分析及其质量控制显得尤为重要。基于此本文围绕石油化工管道焊接这一主要控制点展开论述,先是分析了石油化工管道的焊接工艺,然后详细阐述了如何控制石油化工管道的焊接工艺质量,以供参考。
