用流式细胞分析术(FCM)检测114例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌病人的膀胱冲洗液,以了解该肿瘤细胞DNA异倍体的出现率和S期细胞比例与其病理学分级的关系。114例中,膀胱肿瘤属G_Ⅰ级者异倍体出现率20.8%,G_Ⅱ级者58%,G_Ⅲ级者91%。S期细胞比例G_Ⅰ级者为6.6±2.1%,G_Ⅱ级者13.4±4.4%,G_Ⅲ级者25±5.3%。结果表明,随着膀胱肿瘤病理分级的增高,异倍体出现率和S期细胞比例明显上升。作者还对膀胱肿瘤病人膀胱冲洗液和手术标本同时进行FCM检测,并对检测结果作了比较。
Flow cytometric analysis (FCM) was used to detect bladder irrigation fluid in 114 patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma to understand the relationship between the frequency of DNA aneuploidy and the proportion of S phase cells in this tumor cell and its pathological grade. In 114 cases, the incidence of aneuploidy was 20.8% for bladder tumors belonging to the G_I class, 58% for the G_II class, and 91% for the G_III class. The proportion of S-phase cells at the G_I level was 6.6±2.1%, those at the G_II level were 13.4±4.4%, and those at the G_III level were 25±5.3%. The results showed that with the increase of the pathological grade of bladder tumors, the rate of aneuploidy and the proportion of S-phase cells increased significantly. The authors also performed FCM on bladder irrigation fluid and surgical specimens of bladder cancer patients and compared the results.
