一、情感智慧的含义高尔曼认为情感智慧至少包括五个因素。1.能够正确理解和把握自己的情绪变化以及造成这种变化的原因。2.能够有效地控制自己表达情绪情感的方式和程度。3.正确理解别人情绪变化和行为表现的原因,并正确判断自己的情绪、行为会引起他人什么样的反应。4.具有同情心,也就是能够为他人着想。5.能够克制自己的一时之需而为一个更远大的目标努力。如上所说,情感智慧是主体人成长发展,进行良好社会交往的重要构成部分。
