指出了自改革开放以来,中国经济建设取得了巨大成就,但以牺牲自然资源为代价换取物质产出不断增长的传统发展模式尚未根本转变。由于环境紊乱和生态恶化长期累积效应,显现主要污染物排放超过环境承载能力、生态系统功能退化、能源保障能力不足等问题。为改善国家能源安全状况及解决环境问题,从日常生活中常见的空调节能入手,并结合云计算技术分析了一个应用实例,为可持续发展社会提供数据基础。
He pointed out that since the reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in China’s economic construction. However, the traditional development model in exchange for the continuous growth of material output has not yet been fundamentally transformed at the expense of natural resources. Due to the long-term cumulative effects of environmental turmoil and ecological deterioration, problems such as emission of major pollutants over the carrying capacity of the environment, deterioration of ecosystem functions and lack of energy security capability have emerged. In order to improve the national energy security situation and solve environmental problems, we start with the common energy-saving of air-conditioners in daily life and analyze an application example based on cloud computing technology to provide a data foundation for a sustainable society.
