针对三轮摩托车倒挡机构从动锥齿轮的结构特点,设计了冷挤压件。借助塑性有限元软件,模拟了弧齿锥齿轮的分流挤压成形过程,研究了预制坯的形状、锥角及直径对成形力及成形质量的影响。模拟结果表明,圆柱锥形预制坯最适合冷挤压成形,当坯料锥角比冷挤压件锥角小7°~12°时,成形力较小;而预制坯直径选择不当,将会造成齿形无法充满。工艺试验表明,采用数值模拟优化的预制坯,可直接成形出合格的冷挤压件,数值模拟结果对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
According to the structural characteristics of driven bevel gear of tricycle reversing mechanism, a cold extrusion is designed. The plastic finite element software was used to simulate the split extrusion process of spiral bevel gear. The effects of preform shape, taper angle and diameter on forming force and forming quality were studied. The simulation results show that the cylindrical conical preform is most suitable for cold extrusion, and the forming force is small when the cone angle of the blank is smaller than the taper angle of cold extrusion by 7 ° ~ 12 °. The improper preform diameter selection will result in Tooth shape can not be filled. Technological tests show that the numerical simulation of prefabrication can directly form a qualified cold extrusion, the numerical simulation results have some guiding significance for the actual production.
