患者,穆××,男性,60岁。因发作性心悸、胸闷于1987年10月14日入院。心电图示:窦性心律,完全性左束支传导阻滞,短阵性室性心动过速。入院后给以乙胺碘呋酮,利多卡因治疗,短阵性室速未再出现。于10月17日复查心电图示:窦性心律,心率74次/分,P—P间距规则,P—R间期0.13秒,Q—T间期0.42秒,QRS间期0.14秒,V_1呈rS型,V_5呈R型,波顶切迹,符合完全性左束支传导阻滞心电图表现(图A)。
Patient, M × ×, male, 60 years old. Because of episodes of heart palpitations, chest tightness in 1987 October 14 admission. ECG shows: sinus rhythm, complete left bundle branch block, paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia. After admission to amiodarone, lidocaine treatment, short-term ventricular tachycardia did not appear again. On October 17, ECG examination showed: sinus rhythm, heart rate 74 beats / min, P-P spacing rules, P-R interval 0.13 seconds, Q-T interval 0.42 seconds, QRS interval 0.14 seconds, V_1 was rS Type, V_5 was R type, wave crest notch, in line with complete left bundle branch block ECG (Figure A).
