探讨潜在型克山病患者柯萨奇 B组病毒 ( Coxsackie virus B,CVB)感染情况和红细胞免疫功能变化。方法 采用间接酶联免疫吸附法 ( ELISA)对陕西省黄陵县克山病病区潜在型克山病患者 CVB1~ 6Ig M,CVB1~ 6Ig G以及红细胞免疫功能进行检测。结果 1潜在型克山病组血清 CVB1~ 6Ig M抗体阳性率明显高于非病区健康对照组 ,但明显低于病毒性心肌炎组。2潜在型克山病组血清 CVB1~ 6Ig G抗体阳性率明显高于非病区健康对照组 ,但与病毒性心肌炎组无明显差异。 3潜在型克山病组红细胞 C3 b R花环率明显低于非病区健康对照组 ,血清红细胞免疫粘附抑制率则明显升高 ,而血清红细胞免疫粘附促进率两组之间无明显差异。结论 潜在型克山病患者有 CVB感染存在及红细胞免疫功能低下
To investigate the infection of Coxsackie virus B (CVB) and the changes of erythrocyte immune function in patients with latent Keshan disease. Methods CVB1 ~ 6Ig M, CVB1 ~ 6Ig G and erythrocyte immune function were detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in Keshan disease patients from Kakegat disease district in Huangling county, Shaanxi province. Results The positive rate of CVB1 ~ 6Ig M antibody in latent Keshan disease group was significantly higher than that in healthy non-disease group, but significantly lower than that in viral myocarditis group. The positive rate of CVB1 ~ 6 IgG antibody in latent Keshan disease group was significantly higher than that in non-disease healthy control group, but no significant difference with viral myocarditis group. In the latent Keshan disease group, the C3 b R rosette rate of erythrocytes was significantly lower than that of the non-ward healthy control group, the inhibition rate of serum erythrocyte immune adhesion was significantly increased, while the serum erythrocyte immune adhesion rate had no significant difference between the two groups . Conclusions Patients with latent Keshan disease have CVB infection and low erythrocyte immune function
