在市场竞争环境下,财务风险作为企业特有风险日益突出,是企业利用财务杠杆的直接后果,企业必须重视财务风险的分析和防范,以增强企业财务实力。本文从财务风险的角度出发,对企业财务风险的成因进行分析,然后对企业财务风险的分析方法进行探讨,提出财务风险的防范方法和措施。
Under the environment of market competition, as the unique risk of the enterprise, the financial risk becomes more and more prominent. It is the direct consequence of the enterprise using the financial leverage. The enterprise must pay attention to the analysis and prevention of the financial risk in order to enhance the financial strength of the enterprise. From the perspective of financial risk, this article analyzes the causes of corporate financial risk, and then discusses the methods of corporate financial risk analysis, and puts forward the methods and measures to prevent financial risks.
