一、引言自1985年以来,我国三份主要的大学英语教学大纲陆续问世。他们是:高等学校理工科本科用《大学英语教学大纲》(1985),高等学校文理科本科用《大学英语教学大纲》(1986),和《高等学校英语专业基础阶段英语教学大纲》(1989)。这三份大纲无不把培养“用外语进行交际的能力”作为基础阶段英语教学的目的,并且都附有功能意念表以及语言技能表/语言微技能表/交际能力表作为《大纲》的重要组成部份,以体现对交际能力的重视,并以此作为达到培养交际能力这一目的的一个手段。
I. INTRODUCTION Since 1985, three major university English teaching programs in our country have come out one after another. They are: Syllabus of College English Teaching (1985) for undergraduates of science and engineering in colleges and universities, Syllabus of Syllabus for College English (1986), and Syllabus for English Teaching of Basic English for College English Major (1989) . These three syllabus all aim at cultivating “the ability to communicate in a foreign language” as the basic English teaching objective, and are accompanied by a functional idea list and a language skills list / language micro-skills list / communication skills list as “outline” As an important component to reflect the importance attached to communicative competence as a means of achieving the goal of developing communicative competence.
