通过观察、实验对比、数据统计、案例分析等方法,对某校高二幼师班进行教学实验发现:教师对指导时机与条件进行适时合理的介入,收到了较好的效果。实践证明这样可以使学生参与学习的兴趣,学生的学习能力、合作能力、心理健康,以及师生关系等得到一定的培养和改善。
By means of observation, experimental comparison, data statistics, case analysis and other methods, a teaching experiment was conducted on a high school teacher class in a certain school. It was found that the teacher timely and reasonably involved in guiding opportunities and conditions and received good results. Practice has proved that this can enable students to participate in learning interest, students’ learning ability, cooperation ability, mental health, and teacher-student relationship, etc., to get a certain degree of training and improvement.
