企业文化是企业职工群体在生产经营和管理活动中逐步形成和发育起来的观念形态,是企业的群体精神、文化素质、文化行为、人际关系等文化现象的综合反映。要建设优秀的企业文化,就必须全面把握企业文化的深刻内涵,既不能简单地认为企业文化就是思想政治工作,也不能肤浅诠释企业文化就是规章制度。正确的理解应该是:科学、规范的制度体系是全面推进企业文化建设的重要保证;优秀企业文化对规范、健全企业制度体系提供了科学的依据和指导。只有正确认识全面推进企业文化建设与加强制度建设之间的关系,才能形成二者之间的良性互动,从而促进优秀企业文化的形成、推广与弘扬。
Corporate culture is a concept form that is gradually formed and developed in the process of production, operation and management by the group of enterprise workers. It is a comprehensive reflection of such cultural phenomena as group spirit, cultural quality, cultural behavior and interpersonal relationship.
