采用高效液相色谱法，以氢化考的松为内标，在Nova－PahC18柱上，甲醇－0．025mol／LKH2PO4水溶液为流动相，分离测定了洁肤霜中氯毒素和醋酸地塞米松的含量．操作简便，结果准确，测得氯霉素的回收率为98．61％，RSD=0．7％，地塞米松的回收率为97．65％，RSD=1．0％．
High performance liquid chromatography with hydrogenation of cortisone as an internal standard, Nova-PahC18 column, methanol-0.025mol / L KH2PO4 aqueous solution as the mobile phase separation and determination of cleansing cream chlorotoxin and dexamethasone acetate content. The results showed that the recovery of chloramphenicol was 98.61%, the RSD was 0.7%, the recovery of dexamethasone was 97.65% and the RSD was 1.0%.
