推进政治工作信息化面临许多技术障碍和瓶颈,核心问题是如何使政治工作能够被计算机有效识别、表达与使用。政治工作的指标化,是破解这些瓶颈性障碍的理想选择和必由之路。所谓政治工作的指标化,就是建立统一和科学规范的政治工作信息化技术指标体系。这一体系包括描述类指标、统计类指标、推理类指标、评价类指标等内容。指标提取的方法有移植借鉴、专家筛选、目标分解、递进分析、多维交叉和需求磨合等。
Facing many technical obstacles and bottlenecks in promoting informatization of political work, the core issue is how to make political work effectively recognized, expressed and used by computers. The standardization of political work is the ideal choice and the only way to solve these bottleneck obstacles. The so-called standardization of political work is the establishment of a unified and scientific norms of political work information technology index system. This system includes descriptive indicators, statistical indicators, reasoning indicators, evaluation indicators and other content. The methods of index extraction include transplant reference, expert screening, target decomposition, progressive analysis, multidimensional crossover and demand adjustment.
