本文对各种肝脏疾病210例,包括原发性肝癌100例,转移性肝癌10例,肝硬化47例,慢性肝炎29例,急性肝炎10例和阻塞性黄疸14例,分别进行r-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、5’-核苷磷酸二酯酶(5’-NPDase)同功酶测定。 γ-GT同功酶Ⅰ’、Ⅱ、Ⅱ’带主要是见于原发性肝癌组,100例中67例有Ⅰ’、Ⅱ、Ⅱ’带,占67%;有Ⅰ’带者7例,占7%;有Ⅱ’带者5例,占5%;在肝硬化组中有Ⅱ带者2例,占4%(2/47);一例郁胆性肝炎出现Ⅰ’带,占3%(1/29)。 38例原发性肝癌中28例出现5’-NPDase同功酶Ⅴ带。占73.6%;转移性肝癌6例中4例有Ⅴ带,占66%;肝硬化中有2例出现Ⅴ带,占10%(2/20)。 原发性肝癌AFP阴性和低滴度阳性者11例。其中出现γ-GT-Ⅱ带者7例,占63%,出现5’-NPDase-Ⅴ带者9例,占81%。若将r-GTⅡ带和5’-NPDase-Ⅴ带互相补充,可提高阳性率100%。
In this paper, 210 cases of various liver diseases, including 100 cases of primary liver cancer, metastatic liver cancer in 10 cases, 47 cases of cirrhosis, 29 cases of chronic hepatitis, 10 cases of acute hepatitis and 14 cases of obstructive jaundice, respectively, r-glutamine Aminotransferase (γ-GT), 5′-nucleoside phosphodiesterase (5′-NPDase) isoenzyme assay. The γ-GT isoenzymes I’, II, and II’ bands were mainly found in the primary liver cancer group. Of the 100 cases, 67 had I’, II, and II’ bands, accounting for 67%; seven had I’ bands. 7%; 5 patients with II’ band, accounting for 5%; 2 patients with II band in cirrhosis group, accounting for 4% (2/47); 1 case of gallstone hepatitis appears, accounting for 3% (1/29). The 5’-NPDase isoenzyme V band appeared in 28 of 38 primary liver cancers. Accounted for 73.6%; 6 cases of metastatic liver cancer in 4 cases have V band, accounting for 66%; 2 cases of cirrhosis in the V band, accounting for 10% (2/20). There were 11 cases of primary liver cancer with AFP negative and low titer positive. Among them, there were 7 cases of γ-GT-II, accounting for 63%, and 9 cases of 5′-NPDase-V, accounting for 81%. If the r-GTII band and the 5’-NPDase-V band complement each other, the positive rate can be increased by 100%.
