经济全球化的不断发展使我国企业遇到了非常大的机遇和挑战,因此,企业应当不断提高自身的竞争力来应对经济全球化的发展,这样才能在市场当中具有一定的地位。而人力资源管理作为企业管理当中最重要的一部分,对提高企业竞争力具有非常重要的作用。目前,各个企业也非常重视人力资源的管理,这使人力资源管理成为了企业创新发展过程中最重要的问题。笔者主要分析了企业人力资源管理存在的问题以及实现创新发展的方法。
The continuous development of economic globalization has brought great challenges and opportunities for Chinese enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should constantly improve their competitiveness to cope with the development of economic globalization so as to have a certain position in the market. As the most important part of enterprise management, human resource management plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. At present, all enterprises attach great importance to the management of human resources, which makes human resources management become the most important issue in the process of enterprise innovation and development. The author mainly analyzes the existing problems of human resources management in enterprises and the methods to realize the innovation and development.
