E花结形成为T淋巴细胞特异的标志,近年来又明确了健康人外周血中多数静止期成熟T细胞,具有非特异性酯酶(ANAE)活性。如实验条件严格,则两种反应可用做细胞免疫测定法之一。在此基础上,国内外研究者采用的E花结形成与ANAE染色相结合的双标记法,更能准确和较全面地了解机体细胞免疫功能。我们用双标记法也检测了癌症病人外周血淋巴细胞的免疫水平,并探讨了双标记法的意义。为了进一步研究T细胞功能与酯酶活性的特点,有人开展了用有丝分裂原转化正常人体和动物淋巴细胞的酯酶活性,并且做了恶性变淋巴样细胞的ANAE活性的探讨。目前尚未见有关探讨转化的非淋巴细胞型恶性肿瘤病人淋巴细胞双标记反应的报
E flower knot formed T lymphocyte-specific markers, in recent years also clear the healthy people in the peripheral blood of most quiescent mature T cells, with non-specific esterase (ANAE) activity. If the experimental conditions are strict, then the two reactions can be used as one of the cellular immunoassay. On this basis, the dual-labeling method combining E-knot formation and ANAE staining adopted by domestic and foreign researchers can more accurately and comprehensively understand the cellular immune function. We also used double labeling method to detect the immune level of peripheral blood lymphocytes in cancer patients and explored the significance of double labeling. In order to further study the characteristics of T cell function and esterase activity, some people carried out the esterase activity of transforming normal human and animal lymphocytes with mitosis, and made the discussion of the ANAE activity of malignant lymphoid cells. There are no reports on dual labeling of lymphocytes in patients with transformed non-lymphoid malignancies
