熔融盐的腐蚀特性的研究对于太阳能热发电站中的传热蓄热系统的设计非常重要.在三元碳酸盐中加入氢氧化钠后可形成熔点相对低的高温蓄热四元混合盐,本文在520℃空气气氛中对310S和321两种不锈钢分别在三元碳酸盐和四元混合盐中的腐蚀特性进行了研究,并对其腐蚀机理进行了讨论.结果表明,相对于三元碳酸盐,加入氢氧化钠(ω=0.1)后的四元混合盐对其腐蚀性能的影响不大,对于321不锈钢,在三元碳酸盐中加入氢氧化钠后会使其腐蚀性增强,对于310S不锈钢则会使其腐蚀性减弱.“,”The quaternary molten salts with reduced melting point can be prepared by adding sodium hydroxide into the chosen ternary carbonate, which can be used as one high-temperature heat storage medium in concentrating solar power system.The corrosion behaviors of the chosen ternary carbonate and the quaternary molten salts have been investigated.Corrosion tests were performed by immersing two kinds of stainless steel (310S, 321) in molten samples at 520℃ in air atmosphere, and the corrosion mechanisms of stainless steels in molten salts were discussed.The results reveals that sodium hydroxide (ω =0.1) in mixed molten salts had less effects on the corrosion properties compared to the ternary carbonate.There is an increase on the corrosive effect for the stainless steel 321 and decrease for the stainless steel 310S after adding sodium hydroxide into the chosen ternary carbonate.
