在高中生物学教材中,“减数分裂和生殖细胞成熟”一节内容,不仅是第三章的重点和难点,也是第五章遗传规律教学的知识基础。为不断提高教学质量,就自己对这节复习课的感受,针对复习要点,以精子形成为例,浅谈几点教学建议和体会。 (一)关于染色体复制时期教材内容一开始,首先接触到的一个问题,就是染色体复制发生在什么时期?在教学中,常有学生根据教材的减数分裂图解,认为染色体复制是在联会以后,而不是发生在联会以前。为此,教学过程的第一步,教师有必要先解释一下,关于染色体复制的问题。
