目的:研究三丫苦不同提取物的抗炎镇痛作用并探寻其时效关系及部分机制。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、热板法观察小鼠痛阈值、醋酸致小鼠扭体、角叉菜胶诱导小鼠足爪肿胀观察三丫苦不同提取物的抗炎镇痛作用;采用紫外分光光度法和酶联免疫吸附法分别检测炎性组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2,prostaglandin E2)和血清中环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase,COX-2)含量。结果:三丫苦茎水提物、根醇提物对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠扭体、角叉菜胶诱导小鼠足爪肿胀具有抑制作用,对炎性组织中PGE2和血清中COX-2含量也有一定的降低作用。结论:三丫苦有较强的抗炎作用,抗炎机制与抑制PGE2生成及COX-2含量有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of different extracts of Mihorma mandshurica and to explore the relationship between them and their mechanisms. Methods: The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of different extracts of Ziyu Kui were observed by xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, the pain threshold of mice treated by hot plate method, the writhing induced by acetic acid and the swelling of paws of mice induced by carrageenan The contents of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in serum were detected by UV spectrophotometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The water extract of root of Brassica juncea and root alcohol extract had inhibitory effect on xylene-induced mouse ear swelling, acetic acid induced writhing in mice and carrageenan-induced swelling of paw in mice. In the inflammatory tissues PGE2 and serum COX-2 levels also have a certain role in reducing. Conclusion: Mihama has a strong anti-inflammatory effect, anti-inflammatory mechanism and inhibition of PGE2 production and COX-2 content.
