以秋石斛“三亚阳光”幼苗为试材,采用人工模拟低温方法,研究了不同温度(15、10、5℃)和时间处理(1、2、4、8、24h和2、4、8、16d)下,秋石斛“三亚阳光”幼苗叶片的可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸4个生理指标的响应特征以及处理植株的黄叶率、落叶率及叶片恢复生长情况,以探讨低温胁迫对秋石斛的抗寒机制。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低和处理时间的延长,可溶性蛋白质含量变化波动性较大,呈先上升后下降再上升趋势,以15℃处理16d最高,为356.96μg·g~(-1);而MDA和游离脯氨酸含量逐渐升高,但递增的速度和幅度存在一定差异;叶绿素含量逐渐降低,以5℃处理16d最低,为0.109 4mg·g~(-1);秋石斛幼苗先出现大量黄叶后,出现落叶现象;从新生叶片数量上看,5℃下处理1~2h可以促进新叶的萌发,且不影响植株正常生长。

The content of chlorophyll decreased gradually and reached the lowest at 16d at 5 ℃, 0.109 4mg · g -1 After emergence of a large number of yellow leaves, deciduous leaves appeared. According to the number of new leaves, treatment at 5 ℃ for 1 ~ 2 h could promote the germination of new leaves without affecting the normal growth of plants.
