联合整地机是保护性耕作的主要设备之一,在我国北方地区应用广泛,玉米茬结构强度较高,现有的多数联合整地机难以满足生产要求。本文设计了一种能够满足黑龙江垦区玉米种植要求的自驱动式联合整地机,其中对自驱动还田总成、平整部件及镇压部件进行了结构和尺寸的设计。通过对样机进行田间试验,测试联合整地机在6 m/s、8 m/s、10 m/s三种工况下的破茬率、碎土率和平整度,并分析出其与前进速度之间的关系。分析结果表明,该整地机的最佳工作速度是10 m/s,为指导联合整地机的实际生产应用提供了参考。
Joint land preparation machine is one of the main equipment for conservation tillage. It is widely used in the northern part of our country. The structural strength of corn stubble is high. Most of the existing joint land preparation machines can not meet the production requirements. In this paper, we design a self-driving combined land preparation machine that can meet the requirements of corn planting in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. The design of the structure and size of self-driving and returning field assembly, flat components and suppression components were carried out. The field test of the prototype was carried out to test the rate of stubble, broken rate and flatness in the three conditions of 6m / s, 8m / s and 10m / s, The relationship between. The analysis results show that the optimum working speed of the machine is 10 m / s, which provides a reference for the actual production and application of the joint preparation machine.
