我们在66年改装了成都仪器厂生产的HZJ-1型氦质谱探漏仪,以提高灵敏度。改装的方法主要是从电子线路部分考虑。就是在它的放大器部分加进一级放大,以6 J 1作为6 J 8与6 J 4之间的第三级放大。同时也采用了负反馈措施。具体线路如图。由于加了一级放大,所以增加了放大量,而采用了负反馈,降低了仪器的信噪比。对改装前后的灵敏度进行校准比较。改装前仪器的饱和点为380~400分格,改装后为560~640分格。改装前仪器的灵敏度为5×10~(-9)乇·升/秒,而改装后为2.5×10~(-10)~5×10~(-11)乇·升/秒。就我所具有的三台探漏仪改装说明灵敏度都有显著的提高,经长期使用验证仪器性能和灵敏度稳定,基本上满足现阶段检漏灵敏度的
