生态产业系统是一个经济过程高效、生态功能和谐的进化型产业系统,是可持续发展战略的重要内容和保证经济增长方式转变的必由之路。本文首先通过分析生态产业系统管理的内涵和实质及层次,建立起该产业系统管理的基础;然后,通过对生态产业系统管理属性的进一步剖析,加深了对该系统管理的认识;最后,通过对管理哲学的深入分析,阐述了生态产业作为一个系统整体进行管理时所应该应用的理论和采取的方法。 Eco-industrial system is an evolutionary industrial system with high efficiency and harmonious ecological functions. It is an important part of sustainable development strategy and the only way to ensure the transformation of economic growth mode. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation, essence and level of the system management of eco-industry and establishes the basis of the system management of the industry. Then, through the further analysis of the attribute of system management of eco-industry, it deepens the understanding of the system management. Finally, Management philosophy in-depth analysis elaborated the ecological industry as a whole system should be applied when managing the theory and methods taken.
