Aristotle, the ancient Greek philosopher, once proclaimed: “Excellence is not an act, it is a habit.” I have heard many times before that sentence, but I have never come to realize it carefully. “Since it has been excellent, but also consider the behavior or habits?” I think so subconsciously. However, as I stood on the three-foot podium, my working experience gave me a deep understanding of the sentence. It must be something good that is excellent. A good act is not good, habitual excellence that was excellent. The reason why excellent people are excellent is that they have an excellent habit of cultivating excellent personality, excellent style and outstanding personality. When good becomes a habit, everything is different.
