In order to adapt to the reform of the urban economic system and cultivate talented people who know how to manage, operate and are familiar with the principles and policies, Beijing Municipality systematically trains 7,000 young and middle-aged grassroots business managers and plans to divide them into four batches in a year and a half Examination finished. The finance and trade departments of all districts and counties adopted the method of full-time training and organized the managers to systematically study the basic guidelines and policies of China’s socialist economic construction since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, and the Basic Knowledge of Business Enterprises Management.
