[目的]探讨miR-200在乳腺癌发生发展过程中的作用机制.[方法]采用RT-PCR方法检测miR-200在6种不同类型乳腺癌细胞系中的表达水平及上皮间质转化(EMT)相关marker的表达水平;利用划痕实验验证miR-200对乳腺癌细胞迁移能力的影响.[结果]三阴及Her2类型的乳腺癌细胞系miR-200的表达水平显著高于Luminal类型(P<0.05).[结论]miR-200促进乳腺癌细胞迁移可能是通过EMT途径实现的.
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of miR-200 in the development of breast cancer. [Methods] The expression of miR-200 in six different types of breast cancer cell lines and the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT ) Markers; The scratch test was used to verify the effect of miR-200 on the migration ability of breast cancer cells. [Results] The expression levels of miR-200 in triple-yin and Her2-type breast cancer cell lines were significantly higher than those in Luminal type <0.05). [Conclusion] The promotion of breast cancer cell migration by miR-200 may be achieved through the EMT pathway.
