本文研究溫度改变对紅霉素的合成、培养物的生长发育、发酵过程的影响。研究用培养基:黄豆粉培养基、花生粉培养基、玉蜀黍浆培养基三种。菌种:2577、8594、58—100三株。 溫度:27—290℃、33—34℃两种。发酵条件:旋轉式搖床上搖瓶发酵与45立升发酵缸两种。 搖瓶試驗的綜合材料可看出提高发酵溫度能加速营养物貭的損耗。但对紅霉素合成的影响交因培养基成分菌株特性、发酵条件及发酵过程而有別。
This article studies the effects of temperature changes on the synthesis of erythromycin, the growth and development of the culture, and the fermentation process. Research culture medium: soybean powder medium, peanut powder medium, maize pulp medium three. Strain: 2577,8594,58-100 three strains. Temperature: 27-290 ℃, 33-34 ℃ two. Fermentation conditions: Rotary shaker shake bottle fermentation and 45 liters fermentation tank two.
