我国“十二五”规划明确指出,要“坚持把保障和改善民生作为加快转变经济发展方式的根本出发点和落脚点”。从文化建设角度说,这实际上是将“保障和改善民生”作为贯彻于整个经济转型发展过程中的主导价值观——我们不妨称之为民生理念,进而建设民生文化这一软实力。对企业来说,这就是在要求把民生理念作为企业的核心价值观,以确保生产、研发、营销、销售等都沿着惠民利民的方向健康发展。
China’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” clearly states that it is necessary to “maintain the protection and improvement of people’s livelihood as the fundamental starting point and end result of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode.” From a cultural construction point of view, this is actually the principle of “protecting and improving people’s livelihood” as a dominant value in the process of transformation and development of the entire economy - we may call it the idea of the people’s livelihood, and then build the soft power of the people’s livelihood culture. For enterprises, this is the requirement to take the concept of people’s livelihood as the company’s core values in order to ensure that production, R&D, marketing, sales, etc., all develop in a healthy manner along the direction of benefiting the people and the people.
