目的观察蒲元胃康胶囊对实验性大鼠和小鼠胃溃疡的影响。②方法用剂量为０．５，１．０，２．０ｇ／ｋｇ体质量蒲元胃康及４．０ｇ／ｋｇ体质量胃苏冲剂给大鼠灌胃，连用７ｄ．小鼠采用０．６，１．２，２．４ｇ／ｋｇ体质量蒲元胃康胶囊和６．０ｇ／ｋｇ体质量胃苏冲剂灌胃，连用７ｄ．观察各药对应激型、幽门结扎型、醋酸型大鼠溃疡模型和乙醇型小鼠胃溃疡模型的影响。用碱滴定法测定胃液游离酸度、总酸度，用Ａｎｓｏｎ法测定胃蛋白酶活性。③结果与对照组相比，蒲元胃康胶囊可降低大鼠胃溃疡指数，减少溃疡面积，降低幽门结扎型胃溃疡胃液量、游离酸及总酸度，并降低胃蛋白酶活性。④结论蒲元胃康胶囊具有抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Puyuan Weikang Capsule on gastric ulcer in experimental rats and mice. 2 The dose of the method was 0.5, 1.0, 2.0g/kg body weight Puyuan Weikang and 4.0g/kg body weight Weisu granules were given to the rats by gavage for 7 days. The mice were intragastrically administered with 0.6, 1.2, 2.4 g/kg body weight, Puyuan Weikang Capsules and 6.0 g/kg body weight Weisu Granules for 7 days. Observe the effect of each drug on rat models of stress-induced, pylorus-ligated, and acetic-acid-induced ulcers and ethanol-induced gastric ulcers. The free acidity and total acidity of gastric juice were measured by alkali titration, and the pepsin activity was measured by Anson’s method. 3 Results Compared with the control group, Puyuan Weikang Capsule can reduce the gastric ulcer index, reduce the area of ulcer, reduce the gastric juice volume, free acid and total acidity of peptic ulcer, and reduce pepsin activity. 4 Conclusion Puyuan Weikang capsule has anti-ulcer effect.
