为了探讨丙戊酸钠缓释片(SR-VPA)的定量脑电图效应,对10例癫痫患者单剂量口服SR-VPA前后的脑电图效应及血清浓度进行了动态研究,结果显示:随着血浓度的升高,枕区主频段绝对功率逐渐增加、β频段功率百分比逐淅降低;当浓度达峰值时,二者分别达最高和最低,尔后又分别随着血浓度的下降而呈降低和增加趋势。枕区主频段绝对功率与血浓度呈正相关,后头部β频段功率百分比与浓度呈负相关。
In order to investigate the quantitative electroencephalogram effect of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets (SR-VPA), the electroencephalogram effect and serum concentration of SR-VPA before and after single-dose oral administration of 10 epilepsy patients were studied.
