随着依法治国方略的全面落实和国家“七五”普法宣传在新疆深入推进,法治文化在新疆社会稳定和长治久安工作总目标中发挥着支撐引领作用。尤以南疆为重点,南疆的法治文化建设的重要性和紧迫性日益凸显,和田作为新疆最为偏远不发达的地区,其法治文化的建设将决定南疆乃至新疆的社会稳定,长治久安。本文立足于对和田市法治文化建设的重要性,结合对和田市古江巴格街道法治文化建设存在的问题,提出具体对策,以期有益和田市法治文化建设。
With the full implementation of the strategy of ruling the country by law and the promotion of popularization of national laws by the state, the legal culture plays a supporting and leading role in the overall goal of social stability and long-term peace and stability in Xinjiang. Especially in southern Xinjiang, the importance and urgency of the construction of the rule of law culture in southern Xinjiang have become increasingly prominent. As the most underdeveloped area in Xinjiang, Wada, whose construction of the legal culture will determine social stability and long-term peace and security in southern Xinjiang and even in Xinjiang. Based on the importance of the culture of rule of law in Hotan City, this article puts forward specific countermeasures in light of the existing problems in the culture of the rule of law in the ancient city of Hotan Bagh Street in Hotan City, in the hope of benefiting the culture of law and order in Hotan City.
