用断口、化学成分、硬度、金相检验和力学性能分析方法,对850 mm中宽带钢热连轧机17Cr2Ni2Mo钢齿轮轴的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明,非金属夹杂物含量较多,锻造比不够,带状组织及成分偏析,粗大马氏体及脆性相三次渗碳体沿晶界析出,轴心部硬度太低等缺陷是导致齿轮轴开裂的主要原因。
The fracture reason of the gear shaft of 17Cr2Ni2Mo steel in the 850 mm wide hot strip mill was analyzed by means of fracture, chemical composition, hardness, metallographic examination and mechanical property analysis. The results show that the content of non-metallic inclusions is large, the forging ratio is not enough, the ribbon structure and composition segregation, coarse martensite and brittle phase three cementite precipitation along the grain boundaries, the axial hardness is too low and other defects is caused by gear shaft The main reason for cracking.
