销类连接是现代木结构中最常见的连接,而销槽承压性能对于确定木结构连接件承载性能相当重要。本文基于日本落叶松胶合木销槽承压强度试验,考虑顺纹理和横纹理方向的销槽承压情况,分析销槽承压强度与试件密度、钢销直径及试验方法的关系,指出试件密度、钢销直径是销槽承压强度的重要影响因素,试验方法并不影响销槽的承压强度。试验结论为后期日本落叶松胶合木销槽结构的设计提供理论依据。
Pin connection is the most common connection in modern wood structure, and pin groove pressure performance is very important for determining the bearing performance of wood structure connector. Based on the compressive strength test of Japanese larch glued wood dowel groove, taking into account the groove-groove bearing pressure along the direction of texture and the transverse grain direction, the relationship between the bearing strength of the dowel groove and the specimen density, the diameter of the steel dowel and the test method was analyzed. Piece density, steel pin diameter is an important factor affecting pin bearing strength, the test method does not affect the pin groove bearing strength. The conclusion of the experiment provides the theoretical basis for the design of the late Japanese larch glued wood dowel structure.
