目的:根据真空蒸汽润药原理,对浙产莪术进行气相置换软化,优化莪术润制工艺。方法:采用真空蒸汽润药机软化莪术并与传统润制方法进行比较,通过单因素考察试验和正交实验对润药工艺进行多因素考察,运用水蒸气蒸馏法测定挥发油的含量,以莪术醇浸出物和挥发油的含量为综合评价指标,找出最佳优化方案。结果:采用真空蒸汽润药软化后的莪术含水率低,软化效果好,浸出物和挥发油含量高。结论:真空蒸汽润药法可使药材在低含水量的情况下,快速、均匀得以软化,且可提高莪术中挥发油的含量,该研究为优选莪术最佳炮制工艺提供参考。
Objective: According to the principles of vacuum steaming medicine, we carried out vapor phase substitution and softening on Curcuma zingiberensis to optimize the process of Curcuma. Methods: Curdled Rhizoma Curcumae was operated by vacuum steam infusion machine and compared with the traditional method. The single factor test and orthogonal experiment were used to investigate the multiphasic process of the drug infusion process. The content of volatile oil was determined by steam distillation. Extracts and volatile oil content for the comprehensive evaluation of indicators to find the best optimization program. Results: The Curcuma Rhizoma Curcumae softened by vacuum steam moistening had low water content, good softening effect and high content of extract and volatile oil. Conclusion: The vacuum steaming method can make the medicine soften rapidly and uniformly under the condition of low water content, and can increase the content of volatile oil in Curcuma longa. This study provides a reference for choosing the best processing technology of Curcuma.
