广州柴油机厂铸造车间,冲天炉因用焦质劣,熔炼初期铁水温度低、流动性差,出铁口易被铁水结死;熔炼过程中渣多且稠,流动性差,出渣口极易堵塞。一旦发生出铁口结死、出渣口堵塞故障时,必须靠人力打通,劳动强度大、条件恶劣。有时甚至被迫停炉,影响生产正常进行。为解决此问题,该厂将冲天炉前炉出铁口砖的安装位置做了如图1所示的改进。
