对运动性疲劳和恢复过程的研究虽已有百余年的历史,但仍然是当今运动训练中的研究热点。近10多年来,由于生物科学和基础医学研究技术的发展,加速了运动性疲劳和恢复过程的研究,各种综述和文献很多,国际运动生化学术会议曾两次列为会议的中心议题。国内研究也很活跃,是我国当前科学训练的研究重点。本文不可能将有关材料和理论进行完整的介绍,这里只提出个人认为最突出的新成果,以期对这方面的研究提供参考。
Although there is more than one hundred years of research on the process of exercise fatigue and recovery, it is still a hot research topic in current sports training. In the past 10 years, due to the development of biological science and basic medical research technology, the research on accelerated exercise fatigue and recovery has been accelerated. There are many reviews and literatures. The international conference on sports biochemistry has twice been listed as the central topic of the conference. Domestic research is also very active, which is the focus of current scientific training in our country. This paper can not be a complete introduction of the material and theory, here only put forward the most outstanding new achievements personally, in order to provide a reference for this aspect of the study.
