为了进一步规范城市规划管理中建筑面积计算,加强城市规划管理依法行政,上海市城市规划管理局制定了《上海市建筑面积计算规划管理暂行规定》,要求本市建设项目在城市规划管理申报、审批、规划竣工验收中的建筑面积计算应当遵守该规定,并要求建筑工程设计说明文本中应当分别列出建筑总建筑面积和经城市规划管理部门核定的建筑容积率计算确定的建筑总面积。现将该“规定”刊载如下。(附表略)
