随着改革深入发展,市场经济体制建立,电力企业为打破单一封闭经营格局,充分发挥电力行业优势,积极发展了多种经营。各基层单位先后成立多种经营总公司,为主办单位承担富余人员,走主副并存道路。经过几年的发展,现已成为电力企业三大支柱之一。多经企业不断发展壮大,一切工作都有待理顺,档案工作也是如此。多经企业档案工作如不赶快抓起,随着时间的推移,势必造成今后收集困难,材料残缺,难以弥补的局面。
With the deepening of reforms and the establishment of a market economy system, electric power companies have actively developed their diversified operations in order to break the single-enclosed operating pattern and give full play to the advantages of the electric power industry. Each grassroots unit has set up a multi-managing head office and has undertaken the surplus personnel for the organizer and has taken the lead in co-existing with the main road. After several years of development, it has become one of the three pillars of power companies. Diversified companies continue to grow and develop, and all work needs to be streamlined, as is archival work. If overdosing the company’s archives work does not catch it quickly, over time, it will inevitably cause difficulties in collection in the future, and the material will be incomplete and difficult to make up for.
